Thinking of Selling Your Record Collection?

THINKING OF SELLING YOUR RECORD COLLECTION?

What we need from you!

A list (spreadsheet or word document) of the Vinyl or CD’s you wish to sell with the following details:

Artist

Album

Condition

That’s it, email over the list to kenny.101collectorsrecords@gmail.com and I’ll get back to you ASAP. The list is vital to compare to what we have in stock already and so we know if the collection is worth you bringing to us to look through.

Drop off’s will be arranged for between Monday - Thursday during opening hours, please allow for a few hours to a couple days (dependant on how big the collection is and how busy we are) for us to look over, check the condition, and come back to you with an offer.

PLEASE don’t just turn up to the store with your collection as we can’t guarantee we will be able take them due to how busy we may be at the time.

What we won’t take:

78s

45s

Classical

Easy Listening

Cassette Tapes

VHS

Artists such as Cliff Richard (please no more Cliff, for he really is a cliff), Leo Sayer, David Essex and those certain artists on a particular tree affiliated list who have spent time in the luxury of HM finest prisons.

Please Understand

Please remember just because ebay/Discogs has an album listed for hundreds to thousands of pounds, does not mean it is worth that, it is a very small percentage of albums that are worth big money.  Please remember we are a small business and have to be realistic with what we offer, we want to be able to offer fair prices to our customers in ever-growing market.

We might not take every single album from the collection no matter how much it’s loved, some artists/albums just don’t sell (please see what we don’t take)

Be realistic with the amount of vinyl you’re looking to sell, for example we can’t store an excessive amount due to space.

We tend not to look at or buy collections in the months of April (RSD) and December (Christmas trading) this is due to how busy we are at those times. You can still send a list across but be aware if we want to look at your collection we may not look until after those times have passed.

Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to seeing your collections.
